The Scroll Saw Workshops offered at -- Mr. "M's" Workshop:
All levels of scroll saw are a part of my workshops, starting with all of the fundamentals in the Beginning class through the increasingly more difficult techniques in the Intermediate and Advance classes.
I strongly recommend that you learn the fundamental techniques and skills in the 'Beginning Class', and then take either the 'Intermediate' and/or 'Advance Class', to be prepared for the Advance Projects
P. 1. as well as P.2 These projects are more complex, and have more specific needs for that particular set of skills, plus they are much more concentrated and specific. You will also learn how to make jigs and learn "tricks" to make the projects easier to make. All class sessions and workshops are about (3) hours in length.
Here is a review of the information contained in these three basic classes, and the advance projects that are being offered. Please check the schedules to see which advance projects are being offer in each location.

_"Shared Ideas"
I want this section of my website to be a place of sharing ideas that will make your scroll sawing
more successful, and your sawing enjoyment even greater.
-- Please send your ideas to gnmscrollsawbranson@gmail.com or use the form on the Contact Us page ----
The first idea to share, is an 'Extra Hand' blade holder especially designed to hold smaller blades in the correct position while securing them in the scroll saw. It is simple, easy to make, and very effective.
The second idea is to building a workbench 'around' the steel stand that is for the Excalibur scroll saw. I built the stand so that all of the saw motion will go directly to the metal stand, and it is bolted directly to the wheels. The cabinet portion is simply to provide storage, and a larger, more convenient work area. My design is for a 30" saw, and because it is on wheels as well as sides fold down, it is much easier to move around in the shop, and store when not in use.
The Third idea is to install a LED light under the saw table top to make blade changing much easier.
The Fourth idea is a feature in the S.A.G.E. Oak Scroll Saw made in Missouri about 25 years ago.
UP-DATE --More information on the S.A.G.E. Scroll Saw 6-20-14
S.A.G.E. Oak Scroll Saw Registration UP-Date 11-12-14
The Fifth is an Air Hose "FIX UP" that will greatly help your cutting.
Let me know what you think of these ideas, and send me yours to share as well.
A PDF file e-mailed will work very well, and be sure to include pictures.
