"Hands On" -- Real Life Turning ----   Projects, problems, and solutions.

The "Bolt Action Pen", and what makes it work.
Picture
First --  The "Bolt Action" pen is one of the best and most popular pens that has come out in the last few years, but I have found that a little 'Tuning Up' makes it a much better seller.  When the kit comes to you it is set up so that the bolt action is reverse to its  'Real Counterpart'.  Most of my customers request that it be converted to make it authentic.
Pleas click this link "Bolt Action L to R Conversion" for the steps to make it happen.

Secound --Even though the "Bolt Action Pen" is one of my favorite pens to make it has been brought to my attention that it has a 'potential' problem.
 'It can be fixed'

Photo A shows the tip still
A        screwed onto the insert that              has come out of the pen.

The tip of the pen mechanism may come loose and come out
(apparently it was not glued in correctly by the manufacturer).
The Insert that the tip screws onto needs to be re-glued.

Third -- Many have requested that I offer the solution to completely disassemble the "Bolt Action Pen".
For whatever reason, you may want to take it apart, to replace or adjust something.  It is a little involved but this is how I do it. Let me know how it works for you.           Click this link                                      'Bolt Action Pen disassembly' to get the information.

Keep in touch-- See you in one of my 'Workshops'
